Guidance, inspiration, courage, and light.

I have always been the person people come to when they need encouragement. A friend on a hard day, a colleague before a big decision, a stranger who just needed someone to say, "You can do this."

That is what I give, and it comes naturally: guidance when the way is unclear, inspiration when the spark has gone quiet, courage when the next step feels too big, and light for whatever is dark.

During COVID, when so many of us were isolated and afraid, I began offering one-on-one Encouragement Sessions. What started as conversations with a few people became the heart of my work. Today I also speak to rooms large and small, and lead retreats for groups and teams.

I also draw, paint and sing. Making things with my hands and my voice is how I fill back up, and it all comes from the same place.
